Posaction Plus service is part of your group
insurance plan and offers up to 12 hours of psychosocial
counselling per policy year.
The Posaction Plus service is offered at no cost to you. You pay no
fees for using this service and there are no reimbursement forms to
complete.
To access the service simply call 1-800-668-0193. Telephone lines
are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call identify the
nature of your difficulties. You will be referred to a professional
counsellor.
Before you call, make sure to have your group insurance policy
number and certificate number handy. The group/contract number is
on the brochure and card. The certificate number is your EIN.
